WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
You have the option to exchange your purchased product for another of the same value or more (delivery costs excluded). We will process your exchange as quickly as possible and will have your newly chosen product/s sent to you within 7-10 working days (this is subject to your location). Newline Cushions does not permit refunds for any sale items.
Please choose carefully as all our cushions are custom made as per our customers order, therefore we regret to inform that Newline Cushions does not permit refunds however in the unfortunate event that a product is faulty or not as ordered then Newline Cushions will happily refund your original payment.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY & PROCESS?
Newline Cushions will exchange new, unused, unwashed product(s) from a purchase on our website within 7 working days of this purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of your original invoice. We aim to have all exchange items processed within 2-3 business days. If the delivered product is faulty or not as ordered, Newline Cushions will happily refund your original payment. Please note the processing of a refund can take up to 5-7 working days depending on your bank.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
All products are for delivery to Australian customers and we only deliver to the address as specified in the shipping information you have provided us. For international orders, please email us with your enquiry and provide as much information as possible to the product in question to
with details on fabric type, quantity and country.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
We currently offer Standard Delivery through Australia Post. Depending on the delivery option selected we estimate Australian deliveries will arrive 2-5 days after placing your order.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Newline Cushions charge a $5 flat fee for each product shipped via Australia Post Standard Delivery. This way there are no nasty surprises at the end and you know exactly what you will be paying. We believe Newline Cushion customers should not have to pay more depending on where they live, so from Melbourne to Darwin and everywhere in between, our Australian customers pay the same rate.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If Express Post is chosen an Australia Post tracking number will be emailed to you after your purchase and the item has been posted. This number can the used on the Australia Post website here. International Express Post provides basic tracking of when your parcel has been lodged and delivered.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY IS DELAYED OR LOST?
We aim for our customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible, however there are occasions where unforeseen circumstances impact on delivery times and services. We cannot be held responsible for lost goods relying on subsequent external services such as Australia Post.
