General

Please take care of your cushion. Do not leave your cushion in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Plump your cushion regularly to maintain fullness and ensure they keep their shape. The Newline cushions range are decorative cushions.

Newline Cushions will not take any responsibility if you do not follow our guidelines in taking care of your cushion and will therefore not exchange or refund cushions if you be rough, sleep or jump on the cushions as this will result in damages and won’t allow maximum longevity.

Newline Cushions provides no warranty in relation to the fabric unless it has been damaged by Newline Cushions in the manufacturing process or through delivery.

It is your responsibility to advise Newline Cushions of any defect immediately after it is apparent or should have reasonably become apparent. Newline Cushions will confirm with the customer if the product can be repaired or if it needs to be exchanged.
