This online policy only applies to products purchased directly from this website. If you purchase your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. Newline Cushions cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

All prices are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST

Newline Cushions is not liable if the customer fails to use proper cleaning techniques in caring for and maintaining fabrics. For proper cleaning instructions, please refer to your product and it’s care label. For more information please view our Care & Advice page.
 
Delivery
 
Every effort is made to deliver your product in reasonable time. Orders are processed and despatched daily, after payment is received. As our cushions are made by hand, there can be circumstances out of our control with our suppliers leading to goods being delayed.Newline Cushions will contact you in these unlikely events.
 
Items are delivered via Australia Post.
 
Newline Cushions will make every effort to deliver your products in reasonable time. Standard delivery is between 4-7 working days on receipt of payment.
 
Returns
 
Newline Cushions will accept returns of new, unused, unwashed product on the basis for full refund or exchange from a purchase on our website within 7 working days. The product must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of your original receipt. If you are completely dissatisfied with the product we will issue a refund as soon as your return has been received and processed. 

Newline Cushions will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless the product is faulty or not as ordered). Please note depending on your bank, the processing of a refund can take up to 5 business days.
 
Exchange

You also have the option to exchange your product for another of the same value or for more value from the original product that you purchased (delivery costs excluded).
 
We will process your exchange as quickly as possible and will endeavour to have your newly chosen product/s sent to you within 7 working days.
 
Newline Cushions does not permit refunds or exchange for any sale items.
