Orders paid for by credit card
To pay for your order by credit card, simply choose the "credit card" payment option when you place your order. Orders paid for by credit card are securely processed in "real time" by Paypal when you place your order. Note: Only VISA and MasterCard credit cards will be accepted or if you have a Paypal account you can also log in and pay using your preferred method.
Delivery times
Products are delivered securely to your door by courier. All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Orders confirmed and paid before 4pm will normally be dispatched on the same business day. Orders confirmed and paid after 4pm will normally be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow an extra business day for delivery to rural addresses. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order within the specified timeframes you will be notified by email of the new delivery time.
International Orders
If you wish to have an order delivered to an address outside of Australia please enquire via our contact form.
Public Holidays
Orders made on a Australian public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
